CYW 289 Wyoming State Capitol
Cheyenne is of course the capital of Wyoming, so after our included in the room price breakfast at the hotel we were off for our self-guided tour. Buoyed from massive earnings from oil and gas concessions, in 2014 the legislature authorized the $229 million Capitol Square Project to renovate the entire capitol area. It was just completed when we were there, and the moving back-in was still in process.
